Leah Frazier is a 2-Time Emmy Award-Winning, 10-Time AAF ADDY Award-Winning entrepreneur, best selling author and named one of the top 50 leaders in innovation for Dallas-Fort Worth. She is an attorney turned media guru through her company Think Three Media, which provides marketing and communications services for innovative small businesses and brands. As a meditation instructor, Frazier artfully infuses the practices of guided meditation, mindfulness exercises, visualization, breathwork and sound as a unique spin and interactive experience for her students.
In 2022 on National Black Mental Health Professionals Day, Leah was recognized by the Boris L. Henson Foundation as a Top 100 Finalist (across the nation) for its inaugural Joy Awards. In June 2023, Leah was honored by the Boris L. Henson Foundation as a Joy Award recipient for her work in the integrative health and wellness category. D Magazine describes Leah as “one of Dallas’ most renowned mindfulness leaders.”
